Check a work schedule in Outlook

If your shifts reach Outlook from a scheduling app, paste that app's calendar link here. Otherwise publish the Outlook calendar to get an ICS link, or save it as a file; many work accounts can't publish.

No calendar handy?

Or save the calendar as a file

In classic Outlook for Windows, open the calendar and choose File, then Save Calendar. Under More Options, choose the whole date range and full details, save the .ics file and choose it in the box, under Calendar file. Outlook for Mac can't export a calendar; on a Mac, publish it and use the ICS link.

Put your work schedule into Outlook

In Outlook on the web, open Calendar, choose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web, and paste your scheduling app's calendar link. Every step, and how often each app refreshes.

Common questions

What if Publish a calendar is missing?
Some work and school accounts don't allow publishing. Save the calendar as a file in classic Outlook for Windows, or use your scheduling app's own calendar link.
