Add the same link to your calendar app
Add the link as a subscription, not an import, so new shifts and swaps show up on their own. In Google Calendar on a computer, choose Add other calendars, then From URL. On an iPhone, open Calendars, then Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar. In Outlook, choose Add calendar, then Subscribe from web. Every step, and how often each app refreshes.
