Or export the calendar as a file
Google exports only on a computer. For one calendar, point to it under My calendars, select More, then Settings and sharing, then Export calendar. For every calendar at once, open Settings, then Import & export, then Export: Google downloads a .zip file with an .ics file for each calendar. Choose the file for your work calendar in the box, under Calendar file.
Put your work schedule into Google Calendar
On a computer, next to Other calendars, choose Add other calendars, then From URL, and paste your scheduling app's calendar link. Every step, and how often each app refreshes.
Common questions
- Why can't I find the secret address?
- Google shows it only for calendars you own, in Google Calendar on a computer. On a work account your admin may have turned it off; export the calendar instead.
