- Does it staff to nurse-to-patient ratios or acuity?
- No. You decide how many nurses each day and night needs. Ratios, acuity and skill mix stay with you.
- Can nurses pick their own shifts?
- No. Nurses send requests before the due date, and Build my month grants as many as it can.
- Can LPNs and nursing assistants be on the schedule?
- No. RN is the only nursing role on the schedule.
- Can a float nurse work on more than one unit?
- Yes. Invite them to each unit and they keep one account. Their published shifts on every unit count for rest and double-booking.
- Is there a template for my unit?
- There are templates with nurse shifts for the ICU, the emergency department, surgery and hospital at home. On any other unit, you add your own shifts.
- Who builds the schedule?
- A nurse manager or scheduler adds the unit's shifts, assigns nurses or presses Build my month, then publishes.
