What we need from you
To run an effective pilot, we need a few things from your team. None of this requires PHI — we work with anonymized data.
30-60 days of scheduling data
Historical schedules in CSV/XLSX. We use this to benchmark our optimizer against your current approach. Patient names are not needed.
A named operations champion
One coordinator or ops manager who can give us 2 hours/week during onboarding and provide feedback on route quality.
Clinician roster & credentials
Who's on your team, what credentials they hold (RN, NP, PT, OT, etc.), and their home base zip codes.
A 2-4 week pilot window
We run optimized routes alongside your existing process. Your coordinator compares side-by-side, no disruption to care.
Permission to publish results
We want to co-author a case study or peer-reviewed paper with your team. Your program gets academic credit and visibility.

What does the $2,500 cover?
The one-time implementation fee covers dedicated onboarding, data migration, system configuration, and staff training. It also includes 90 days of full platform access at no additional cost. If the results don't meet expectations, you keep the performance report and owe nothing further.
Do you need access to our EHR?
Not for the pilot. We work with CSV/XLSX exports of your daily schedules. No EHR integration required. If you move to a paid plan, we can build a direct integration.
Does patient PHI leave our systems?
No. We work with anonymized data. Our optimizer only needs patient IDs and GPS coordinates. Names, MRNs, and clinical details never enter our system. We sign a BAA before any data exchange.
What happens after 90 days?
You decide. If the results are strong, founding partners lock in 40% off standard pricing permanently ($2,700/mo vs $4,500/mo). If you're not satisfied, you keep the performance report and walk away.
How many programs are you accepting?
Five founding partners. We want to give each program hands-on attention and iterate closely with your team. Once slots are filled, the next cohort will be at standard pricing.
Can we co-author a research paper?
Absolutely. Our founder has published in npj Digital Medicine (Nature). We'll work with your team to design an IRB-appropriate study and target a high-impact journal. Your program gets academic credit and national visibility.
