On an iPhone, open Calendars, then Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar, paste your scheduling app's calendar link and tap Find (Subscribe on iOS 18 or earlier). On a Mac, choose File, then New Calendar Subscription. Every step, and how often each app refreshes.

Common questions

Can I check a calendar that's on my iPhone?
Yes. If the calendar comes from your scheduling app, paste that app's calendar link. Otherwise share the iCloud calendar's public link from the iPhone and turn Public Calendar off after the check; the iPhone Calendar app can't export a file.
