The National Institutes of Health Office of AIDS Research named our entry, “Capillary Health: Logistics for HIV Care,” one of 35 Phase 1 winners in September 2026.

The entry is designed to schedule clinicians and medicine so long-acting HIV injections are given inside their dosing windows.

A working demonstration runs on public county data and synthetic delivery scenarios.

    Scheduling templates for six departments

The scheduler has templates for the emergency department, internal medicine, surgery, the ICU, urgent care and hospital at home.

A template adds that department's shifts to an empty month, ready to assign.

Every save is checked for role, overlapping shifts, minimum rest and approved time off.

A free swap finder for your group's schedule

A clinician brings in their group's calendar, by link or file, and picks one of their upcoming shifts.

Capillary lists the swaps in which neither person would overlap another shift or get less than their minimum rest, with colleagues who usually work that kind of shift first.

The swap is still arranged in the group's own scheduling app.
