How it works

  1. 1

    Add your roster

Type in physicians and APPs, or import a CSV and review every row before it saves.

  2. 2

    Lay out coverage

Add day, evening and night shifts by date range for physicians or APPs.

  3. 3

    Assign and publish

Pick a clinician for each shift, save the draft, and publish when every shift is covered.

Every save is checked

Saving stops at the first assignment that breaks a rule and names the shift and the rule. Rest is checked across the start and end of the month, and a month publishes only when every shift is covered.

Example messages

Day shift: less than 12 hours of rest from Night shift on Oct 11.

Night shift: overlaps Evening shift on Oct 14.

Fast track: clinician does not match the required role.

What you get

Month view and phone list

See the month with names in each day. On a phone, tap a day for its shifts.

Private drafts

Save drafts as often as you need. The published schedule changes only when you publish again.

Publication record

Each published month shows who published it and when.

Roster import

Upload a CSV, review names and roles, then confirm. Importing the same people again does not duplicate them.

Workload by clinician

Shift, night and weekend counts for each person, from the schedule on screen.

CSV export

Download the published month as a spreadsheet, with times in the department's timezone.

Questions

Who is ED Scheduling for?
Schedulers and medical directors who build attending physician and APP schedules for an emergency department.
Do we need to share patient data?
No. The schedule uses staff names, email addresses and roles only.

Create an account and confirm your email. Then name your department, set its timezone and minimum rest, and add your clinicians.
Can we try it first?
Yes. The demo shows a full sample month for a fictional department, and it needs no account.
